We discovered one of the great uses of a digital camera on this trip. When touring America, there will often be signs with important or interesting information. Under normal circumstances, you would either read it and learn this information, or not read it and miss out forever. However, if you take a picture of it, you can save that learning for later and continue to see items and locations. Here is one of our first examples of this advanced digital camera technique.

As I said, we thought there might be the need for lodging later on. If we need to spend the night there, we should probably check out the joint.

Kitchen, check.

Beds, check.

Dining area, with New Testament, check.

This might just work after all.
